  • Here's what you should do in order to register your visa application online:

    Please kindly note that the first steps of the visa application process (date of appointment selection and registration of visa application) are taken online.

     

    • Open the website www.e-konsulat.gov.pl

     

    • Choose the language version in the right side window.

     

    • In menu Visa choose the option Schengen Visa - register application or National Visa - register application. The window Date reservation for visit in our consulate will open.

     

    • After booking the date, visa application online will open automatically. You will have 60 minutes to fill in the form. Proceed one by one while filling in all the appropriate spaces of the application. In case of omitting any space or making any mistakes the system will show the filled in spaces in red colour and not allow you to continue.

     

    • Once you finish filling in application, accept data and press Continue.

     

    • Check your application once again. If you want to change/add anything, re-edit. Once you finish press Submit.

     

    • You will see your reference form number. Press Download and Print.

     

    • You have your application saved in PDF, print it and come to our consulate on the date and hour indicated on the last page of your application's printout.

     

    • Do not forget about all supporting documents you should bring along with your application.

     

    Applications shall be lodged no more than three months before the start of the intended visit. Holders of a multiple-entry visa may lodge the application before the expiry of the visa valid for a period of at least six months.

    Visas are usually issued within a period of 15 days. Your application may be refused or be delayed by unforeseen processing requirements. Do not make irrevocable travel plans prior to obtaining your visa.

    A visa is not a guarantee of entry into Poland or Schengen territory.

    An immigration officer at the port of entry determines whether or not a person qualifies to enter Poland or Schengen.

     

    Warning:

    Syrian citizens who do not have a Residence permit ( جواز إقامة ) in Lebanon during registration, please select: Country / region: Syria, Diplomatic mission Damascus.

     

    Schengen C-type visa

     

    The unified Schengen visa (C-type visa valid in Schengen states) entitles the holder to stay in the territory of all Schengen states. It can be issued for durations of stay up to 90 days (in total) within a period of 180 days.

     

    The Schengen visa with limited territorial validity (C-type visa valid only in Poland or with validity excluded for a specified Schengen state/states) only entitles the holder to stay in the territory of the state/states for which it is valid.

     

     

    National D-type visa

     

    If you intend to stay in the territory of Poland for a total of more than 90 days (at least 91 days) during one or more visits within a half-year period calculated from the date of first entry, you need to apply for a national D-type visa.

     

    The national D-type visa entitles the holder to:

    - stay in the territory of Poland throughout the period of its validity;

    - additionally move within the territory of other Schengen states for up to three months within a half-year period.

     

    SCHENGEN VISA

     

    All applications shall be submitted at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl (choose “register form” box) no more than three months before the start of the intended visit. Applications should be printed out and signed by the applicant.

    Holders of a multiple-entry visa may submit the application before the expiry of the visa with the validity of at least six months.

     

    Visas are usually issued within a period of 15 days. Your application might be refused or delayed by unforeseen processing requirements. Do not make irrevocable travel plans prior to obtaining your visa.

     

    A visa is not a guarantee of entry into Poland or Schengen territory.

     

    An immigration officer at the port of entry to a country determines whether or not a person qualifies to enter Poland or Schengen.

     

    DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY ALL VISA APPLICANTS

    All documents in Arabic should be translated into English or Polish language.

    1. The application form filled in online at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl, printed out and signed by the applicant.

    2. Original passport/travel document with copies of the first/last/observation/correction pages and also pages with visas:

    - travel document should contain at least two blank pages,

    - the validity of the travel document should extend at least 3 months after the intended date of departure from Schengen area,

    - travel document should have been issued within the last 10 years,

    - we do not accept passports of the extended validity performed by the handwriting.

     

    3. One (1) photograph  - taken within last 6 months

    - improper photographs will not be accepted.

     

    4. Proof of possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance:

    - the travel insurance should cover the entire period of intended stay and be valid for all Schengen States as well as cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during your stay (minimum coverage EUR 30 000),

    - application for multiple entry visa – the insurance should cover the period of the first intended stay. In addition the applicant should sign the statement, set out in the application form, declaring that they are aware of the need to be in possession of travel medical insurance for subsequent stays,

    - application for employment visa – the insurance should cover first three (3) months of the intended stay (starting from date of travel).

     

    SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS

    1. proof of permanent/temporary residence in Lebanon (ifadat sakan)

    2. family register extract (ihraj qeyd ‘ailee)

    3. proof of means of transport

    - flight reservation of return or round ticket. If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, domestic flight reservation, train itinerary or proof of car rental,

    - we accepts ticket reservations – there is no need to purchase the ticket before the visa is issued.

     

    4. proof of accommodation

    - hotel reservation/rental of holiday home/campus residence reservation. If applicant stays with family member or friend, proof of private accommodation (registered in Voivodship Office /Urząd Wojewódzki/) from the host. If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, proof of accommodation in each of them.

     

    5. proof of financial means

    - original private bank account statement showing the turnover the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank;

     

    - if the applicant is employed:

    - pay slips for the last three (3) months

    - employment contract

     

    - if the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

    - certificate of registration of the company

     

    - if the applicant is sponsored:

    - official invitation registered in Voivodship Office /Urząd Wojewódzki/ by the sponsor in Poland

     

    - if the applicant is retired:

    - pension statements for the last three (3) months

     

    6. If the applicant is minor

    - if the minor travels with one parent only, written consent of the other parent or guardian, except in cases of a parent having the care or custody alone,

    - if the minor travels alone (without parents), written consent of both parents or guardians having the care and custody of the applicant,

    - copies of the ID/passport of the parents

     

    Additional documents

    Business trip:

    - invitation from the inviting company (registered in Voivodship Office /Urząd Wojewódzki/) or organization,

    - cover letter from the applicant’s employer

    Both letters must at least confirm:

    - the applicant’s identity

    - the purpose of the journey

    - the period of intended stay

    - the place of stay

     

    Study, research, internship trip:

    - certificate of admission or registration at an educational establishment for the purpose of attending academic or vocational courses, or cover letter from the inviting company,

    - student cards or certificates of the current enrolled institute

     

    Tourism trip:

    - certificate of the travel agency confirming the booking of an organized trip or any other appropriate document indicating the envisaged travel plants

     

    Family/friends visit trip:

    - official invitation (Zaproszenie) registered in Voivodship Office /Urząd Wojewódzki/ by the sponsor in Poland,

    - certificate proving the existence of family relations if applicant is visiting relatives,

    - if the host is not a permanent resident in Poland – personal invitation specifying accommodation details and financial arrangements

     

    Cultural, sports and religious trips:

    - invitation, entry tickets, enrollments or programs

     

    Medical treatment:

    - certificate from a medical doctor or a medical institution confirming the need of special medical treatment to be received in Poland,

    - proof of the pre-paid treatment or proof of financial means,

    - official document of the receiving medical institution confirming that specific medical treatment can be performer.

     

    SCHENGEN or NATIONAL VISA - SPOUSE OF POLISH CITIZEN

    DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED BY VISA APPLICANTS - SPOUSE OF POLISH CITIZEN

     

    1. The application form filled in online at www.e-konsulat.gov.pl, printed out and signed by the applicant.

    2. Original passport/travel document with copies of the first/last/observation/correction pages and also pages with visas

    - travel document should contain at least two blank pages,

    - the validity of the travel document should extend at least 3 months after the intended date
    of departure from Schengen area,

    - travel document should have been issued within the previous 10 years.

     

    3. One (1) photograph - taken within last 6 months

    - improper photographs will not be accepted.

     

    4. Proof of possession of adequate and valid travel medical insurance:

    - the travel insurance should cover the entire period of intended stay and be valid for all Schengen States as well as cover any expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgency medical attention, emergency hospital treatment or death during your stay (minimum coverage EUR 30 000),

    - application for multiple entry visa – the insurance should cover the period of the first intended stay.     - flight reservation of return or round ticket. If applicant is travelling to several Schengen States, domestic flight reservation, train itinerary or proof of car rental. If the intended stay in Poland exceeds 6 months, flight reservation of one-way ticket will also be accepted.

    - we accepts ticket reservations – there is no need to purchase the ticket before the visa is issued.

     

    3.invitation from the Polish spouse - invitation “Zaproszenie” registered in Urząd Wojewódzki or invitation handwritten in front of the consul while applying for the visa (for spouses who live in Lebanon).

     

    4. proof of accommodation

    - proof of private accommodation (e.g. official invitation “Zaproszenie”) from the host

     

    5. proof of financial means

    - original private bank account statement showing the turnover the last three months, duly stamped and signed by the bank;

    - or private invitation “Zaproszenie” registered in Urząd Wojewódzki by the sponsor in Poland;

     

    - if the applicant is employed:

    - pay slips for the last three (3) months

    - employment contract

     

    - if the applicant is a company owner or self-employed:

    - certificate of registration of the company

     

    - if the applicant is retired:

    - pension statements for the last three (3) months

     

    NATIONAL VISA

     

    Applications shall be submitted no more than three months before the start of the intended visit.

    6. If the applicant is minor

    PLEASE NOTE:

     

    The Member State competent for examining and deciding on an application for a uniform visa shall be:

    (a) the Member State whose territory constitutes the sole destination of the visit(s);

    (b) if the visit includes more than one destination, the Member State whose territory constitutes the main destination of the visit(s) in terms of the length or purpose of stay; or

    (c) if no main destination can be determined, the Member State whose external border the applicant intends to cross in order to enter the territory of the Member States.

     

    Appeal against the decision to refuse/annul/revoke a Schengen visa issued by the consul

     

    The applicant may appeal against the decision to refuse/annul/revoke a Schengen visa issued by the consul.The application for reconsideration should be filed within 14 days of receiving the decision with the consul who issued the decision.

     

    The applicant may appeal against the decision issued by the consul as a result of the reconsideration of the case with the Provincional Administrative Court in Warsaw (Wojewódzki Sąd Administracyjny). The appeal should be lodged within 30 days of receiving the decision through the consul who issued the decision.
